Position overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed full-time Junior/Graduate Accountant to join our team. This role provides an excellent prospect for recent graduates to start their career in accounting, offering exposure to a variety of tasks and the opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Preparing financial statements and tax returns for various entities
Completing activity statements
Liaising with clients and statutory authorities
Performing bookkeeping duties
Maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
Preferred skills and attributes:
Bachelor’s degree
0–2 years’ experience in public practice accounting
Solid communication and organisational skills
A professional demeanour with a common-sense approach to work
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Energetic, team-oriented and willing to learn
A commitment to developing new skills
