The Role
As a field Merchandiser you will represent top brands in major retailers. Your duties include ensuring products are placed correctly, displays are attractive, and store teams are informed. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to be part of a dynamic team.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Follow planograms (store layouts)
Work solo or in small teams
Build solid relationships with store staff
Planogram & Relay Work
You will implement shelf layouts to maximize product impact, adjusting shelves,
placing stock, and applying accurate product ticketing. You may work alone or within small teams depending on job size.
Planogram Tasks Include
Executing relay and planogram layouts
Adjusting shelves and placing stock
Applying accurate product ticketing
Obtaining store sign‑off
Submitting timely reports
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Full Australian working rights and age 18+
Valuable physical fitness (lifting up to 15‑16kg, standing and squatting for extended periods)
