Think & Grow is seeking a leader to take end-to-end ownership of product and technology, reporting directly to the founder. You will own product, engineering, data, and systems across multiple domains, with authority and budget to shape the function for rapid growth.
You’ll assess the tech stack, set a transparent roadmap, and build a crypto vertical with revenue potential within 2–3 years, while attracting and developing top-tier engineers and product managers across a scaling organization.
