Working closely with experienced partners, you will advise a broad range of clients across the construction and engineering sectors on both front-end and back-end matters.
Your work will include advising on the preparation and negotiation of construction and engineering contracts, providing strategic project advice, and assisting clients with Security of Payment matters, dispute avoidance and the resolution of complex disputes through litigation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
This role offers exposure to sophisticated and high-value matters, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists in a supportive and high-performing environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 7 years post-admission experience in construction law, with experience across front-end, back-end, or a combination of both.
You will also have:
Strong technical and drafting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
The ability to build solid client relationships and work effectively within a team-oriented team.
A genuine interest in developing your career within a specialist construction and engineering practice.
