Infinite Aged Care in Christies Beach, SA, is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to lead the clinical care team on PM shifts 2pm–10pm. You will oversee resident care, coordinate curricula, supervise RNs and PCWs, and ensure documentation and assessments reflect best practice.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, care planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, risk management and staff development within a supportive team.
