What You’ll Do
Lead and train the Reception team to deliver outstanding service and smash customer KPIs.
Manage overdue accounts, cancellations,



and enquiries while driving company targets.
Own rostering and scheduling to ensure peak service at all times.
Handle calls, resolve queries, process memberships, sales, and bookings with ease.
Keep the reception, café, and retail areas spotless, stocked, and welcoming.

Knowledge of supplements or the health and fitness industry is highly regarded.
