We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our high-performing pursuits team to design submissions and tenders, and support company branding. You'll be joining a growing Design and Construction business in the heart of Sydney.

Responsibilities
Designing compelling bid submissions, EOIs, tenders and client presentations
Creating graphics, infographics, diagrams and project visuals that simplify complex information
Ensuring all submissions are visually engaging, professionally presented and on-brand
Working closely with the Bid Team to develop layouts that tell a explicit and persuasive story
Producing marketing collateral, capability statements and project case studies
Supporting the maintenance and development of templates, style guides and brand assets
Assisting with website content, social media graphics and internal communications




Helping continuously improve the visual impact and quality of our submissions

Qualifications
2+ years' experience in Graphic Design
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Solid document layout and formatting experience
Ideally, experience producing corporate proposals, tenders or qualified services documents
Knowledge of branding and visual communication principles
Experience within construction, architecture, engineering, property or design industries is highly regarded
