Reece HVAC is the leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products. This role is part of our HVAC team in Townsville and involves helping builders and other tradespeople access the products they need, while keeping the branch running smoothly.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Provide customer service and information about products
Provide quotes in person and over the phone
Pick and pack orders and perform stock control activities
Maintain a tidy and safe branch environment
Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
Solid customer focus and positive communication skills
Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate information
Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
Clean valid driver’s licence and availability for varying shifts including weekends
Desire to develop a career within our network or head office
