The Prospect
An excellent opportunity now exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join this highly reputable and successful firm.
This is a broad role offering genuine variety across estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. You’ll manage your own matters with appropriate support, work directly with clients and develop well‑rounded expertise across both advisory and contentious estates work.
Work includes
Wills, enduring powers of attorney and estate planning advice
Testamentary trusts and asset‑protection considerations
Probate and letters of administration applications
Estate administration from initial instructions through to distribution
Family provision applications and contested estates
Will validity,
executor and beneficiary disputes
Informal wills, capacity and undue influence matters
Mediation, negotiation and court proceedings
About you
Approximately 2+ years’ PAE in Wills & Estates
Experience across estate planning and administration, with estate litigation exposure highly regarded
Robust drafting, analytical and client communication skills
The empathy and judgement required to guide clients through sensitive matters
Ability to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
A genuine interest in building a long‑term career in succession law
