Senior Accountant (Business Services) Bundaberg

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Bundaberg taxation team. This is an opportunity to work on diverse and complex tax matters, contribute insights that guide sound financial decisions, and play a meaningful role in both our clients’ and our team’s development.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
Work directly with clients to gather information, explain outcomes, and help them build financial clarity.
Support advisory work under the guidance of managers and partners, using your technical strengths to inform next steps.
Guide junior accountants by reviewing work, answering questions, and sharing your knowledge.

Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in Public Practice and/or Business Services.
A recognised accounting degree, with postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards them) preferred.
Robust knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting requirements across a range of entities and client types.
Proficiency with MYOB AE, MYOB Account Right, Xero and System Release programs.
Strong communication skills.
