Allcoast Locksmiths' is seeking an experienced Locksmith to join our team in West Gosford, NSW. This is a full time role for a 2nd year, 3rd Year or Fully Qualified Tradesperson with a passion for the trades and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Providing a full range of locksmith services including lock installations, repairs, and key duplication
Advising customers on the best security solutions for their needs
Troubleshooting and resolving complex lock and security issues
Maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and safety requirements
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
3rd Year or Fully Qualified Locksmith Tradesperson
Certificate III completion in locksmithing or Current Apprenticeship Enrollment
Proven experience in the locksmith industry, ideally 3+ years
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work
A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
Australian work authorisation is required for this position
