We are a well-established family bakery in the Chirnside Park / Lilydale area, with over 18 years in the community and a loyal customer base who know and love our products.

We are GROWING and looking for an experienced full time Baker to join our team NOW

About the role

You will be involved in day-to-day bakery production, helping create quality products that customers come back for. This role would suit a baker who is reliable, organised, hands-on and takes genuine pride in consistency, presentation, quality and doing things well.

About you





You may be a great fit for this role if you:
Have previous baking experience and/or relevant baking qualifications
Hold formal baking qualifications such as a Certificate III in Baking or equivalent
Are passionate about your craft and take pride in what you make
Enjoy creating high-quality products customers genuinely love
Are comfortable working in a busy production environment
Can work at pace while still maintaining consistency and care
Understand the importance of food safety, cleanliness and protected work practices
Are reliable, punctual and organised
Work well as part of a small, supportive team
Are comfortable with early starts/late nights

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full working rights in Australia.
