Cazalys Cairns Ltd invites applications for an HR Advisor to support our group HR function across hospitality and community clubs in Cairns. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, WHS, injury management and reporting.
The ideal candidate has a tertiary HR qualification, at least 2 years’ generalist experience, and a solid understanding of Fair Work, up-to-date awards, and HRIS systems (Tanda preferred).
