Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a professional, supportive, and rapid-paced environment? Pier Street Medical Centre is looking for a warm, organised, and reliable team member to join our contemporary private practice in Altona.
This casual position offers 12–15 hours per week, regular relief opportunities, and the potential to transition into a permanent part time role. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, enjoy working collaboratively,

A Certificate in Health Administration an advantage but not essential
Knowledge of Medical director and Pracsoft highly regarded
Sound computer knowledge including Outlook and Microsoft Office
