Cathies Lane Dental is seeking a motivated, friendly and experiencedFront Office Coordinator / Dental Assistantto join our team. Thisposition (2 days a week)involves working across both reception and chair-side assisting, supporting our clinicians while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities
Greeting patients and managing the reception area
Scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling billing/administration
Assisting dentists chair-side
Maintaining a clean and well-organised clinical and front office setting
Following all health, safety, and infection control procedures
About you
Experience as a dental assistant and in a reception role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Versatile to work a casual roster
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) preferred
Previous Dental Assisting experience is a must
