McCarthy Legal and Advisory is seeking a Paralegal to support the West Footscray office 2–3 days per week. You’ll assist across commercial disputes, property, corporate, and consumer law, working closely with an experienced solicitor.
You’ll take instructions, draft documents with AI tools, manage files and deadlines, and liaise with clients and other parties. A law student pursuing PLT or someone with paralegal experience is encouraged to apply.
