Are you an experienced Building Supervisor, Construction Manager or Registered Builder looking for a current chance within the building industry? This could be the perfect role for you.
Due to continual growth and excellent service, we are currently seeking BPI360 Inspectors / Consultantsto join our team servicing the Western suburbs and surrounding areas, and the South / East suburbs and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onsite stage inspections for a range of residential builders, including Slab, Frame, Pre-Plaster, Pre-Paint, Final and Maintenance inspections.
Assess construction works against the Australian Standards, NCC and relevant building requirements.
Complete accurate inspection reports using our custom BPI360 Inspect™ iPad App.
Liaise with Site Supervisors,
Construction Managers and builders.
Provide practical guidance and industry knowledge to assist builders in achieving quality outcomes.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC and residential building practices.
Experience within the residential building industry.
Registered Builder (DBU) preferred but not essential.
