Ability to travel regularly nationally and occasionally internationally

The following attributes would be highly desirable:
Knowledge of Commercial Shipping
Knowledge of the Marine Towage Industry
Broad knowledge of synthetic ropes and their applications
Splicing knowledge would also be highly desirable but not essential
