Pro Services is seeking a Workshop Manager in Mild Steel Fabrication to join our Bendigo workshop. You will lead and supervise 3–10 staff, plan day-to-day operations, and manage site installations as needed, ensuring safety and efficiency across the shop.
You will interpret plans, oversee machine use (guillotine, press brake, plate rollers) and drive MIG welding of mild steel products, while maintaining a pro-active, hands-on approach in a busy team workplace.
