Salary: £36,784.80 – £40,300 per year (including 3 sleep-ins per week)

What The Role
Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
Build positive, trusting relationships with the individual you support
Encourage meaningful activities and engagement throughout the day
Maintain professional boundaries while creating a relaxed and supportive environment
Communicate effectively with the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT)
Adapt your approach to meet changing needs and circumstances
What We’re Looking For
A good understanding of autism and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)
Someone who can engage in fun, meaningful conversations while maintaining professional boundaries
A creative thinker who can stay proactive and find new ways to engage
Robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Reliable, empathetic,
and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support

Experience
Working with individuals with autism: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
