Mercuri Food Group is seeking an experienced pastry chef to join our Carlton production kitchen, working across four brands: GLO Gelato, GLO Pasticceria, Universal Restaurant, and Wilding Foods. This full time, no-service role focuses on production of cakes, desserts, gelato components, and other pastry items.
You will join a small, high-standard team with room to grow, following recipes and systems, and maintaining clean, productive workflows in a production setting.
