As the Shop Manager, you will:
Engage with customers, providing a high level of customer service.
Writing quotes
Negotiate with Assessors.
Ordering parts
Manage relationships with suppliers.
Liaise with insurance companies
Manage the staff on the shop floor to ensure the shop runs smoothly.
Manage quality across all repairs.

If you:
Have experience in the panel repair industry or similar (ideally in a management role)
Have excellent customer service skills
Positive computer skills- Ideally using IBody or similar.
Experience writing quotes
