About The Role
Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
Provide evidence-based interventions for NDIS participants.
Support participants, families, carers, and support teams.
Work to reduce restrictive practices in line with NDIS requirements.
Collaborate with allied health specialists in a multidisciplinary team.
Complete reports, case notes, and compliance documentation.
Typical Requirements
Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or eligibility to become registered.
Relevant qualification in psychology, education, social work, counselling,
occupational therapy, speech pathology, or a related field.
Experience working with people with disability, autism, mental health conditions, or complex behaviours.
Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
Driver's licence and ability to travel to participants where required.
