About You
We're looking for someone who:
Lives in the Greater Penrith region (or nearby)
Is genuinely passionate about real estate
Has previous sales, customer service or relationship-building experience (preferred, not essential)
Is confident talking to people from all walks of life
Is resilient and doesn't shy away from hard work
Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply find another job
Holds (or is willing to obtain before commencement) an Assistant Agent Certificate
Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
What You'll Be Doing
This role is designed to develop you into a successful Sales Agent.
Initially you'll spend much of your time:
Prospecting for recent business
Door knocking and phone prospecting
Following up buyer and vendor enquiries
Assisting experienced Sales Agents
Learning negotiation and listing skills
You'll receive ongoing mentoring and practical, hands-on training as you progress towards managing your own listings and sales.
