The Role

As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you’ll:
Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff
Ensure safe, effective, and individualised care for residents
Contribute to clinical risk management and continuous improvement
Advocate for residents’ dignity, choices, and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse




Minimum 1 year nursing experience (aged care highly regarded)
Robust clinical judgement and confidence in decision-making
Reliable, adaptable, and genuinely compassionate approach
Commitment to quality care and resident outcomes
