Our bistro operates Wednesday to Sunday for Lunch and dinner, serving up to 200 for dinner during our peak times. Most weekends the function room is also operating alongside the bistro catering for 80-150 guest.
Applicants must:
Have a minimum of 2 years experience
Have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced setting
Demonstrate responsibility and accountability
Communicate effectively with all staff in a qualified and respectful manner
Display a high level of organisation and work efficiency
Possess creativity and attention to detail
Be like-minded individuals, displaying a positive attitude and sharing a passion for delicious food
