We're looking for a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a part time basis in a two week contract. This is a great chance for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP) who enjoys working in a friendly, supportive workplace. There is also potential for some weighbridge operation.

Key Responsibilities
Processing Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable transactions
Preparing and issuing invoices
Processing supplier invoices and payments
Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
Answering phones and responding to emails
Using Impex docs for export shipment management and processing
Assist with EPA tracking

About You
Previous experience in an administration role




Experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with Business Central is an advantage)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Experience in waste and recycling facilities (highly regarded)
