Mile End Bagels in Melbourne is seeking a Team Leader to run the cafe through a full shift, open to close, and ensure every customer leaves with a warm, consistent experience. You’ll manage daily operations, balance speed with quality, and help open and close duties run smoothly.
You'll start hands-on, rotating through stations, then lead the floor, coach the team, uphold Mile End quality standards, read trade conditions, and grow the business as our four Melbourne sites expand.
