A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint either a Senior Associate to join its expanding Commercial Disputes & Litigation practice, working on significant cross-border litigation, insolvency and regulatory investigations.
The Role
You'll work alongside nationally recognised leaders on sophisticated, high-value disputes that few firms can offer, all within a team-oriented team that's grown rapidly following the arrival of two market-leading Partners. This practice is renowned for handling some of Australia's most complex and commercially significant disputes, including:
Multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation
Major corporate restructures and insolvencies
Cross-border recovery actions
Regulatory investigations and Royal Commission matters
Shareholder and contractual disputes
Fraud and directors' duties claims
Prosecution and defence of class actions
Significant corporate collapses
You'll work directly with highly regarded Partners, gaining meaningful involvement in strategy, client relationships and the conduct of matters from start to finish.
About You
6+ years' PAE in commercial litigation, insolvency or disputes
Strong technical ability and commercial judgement
Experience managing complex litigation matters
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
