Key Responsibilities
Design and develop ServiceNow applications, Service Portal, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and ITSM solutions.
Build integrations with REST APIs, CyberArk, Jira, CMDB, SharePoint, IAM, and automation platforms using IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
Design scalable workflows, automation, and enterprise integration architectures.
Produce solution designs, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, and provide technical guidance.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solution designs, and deliver business-focused outcomes.

Required Skills
Solid ServiceNow development experience (Service Portal, Employee Center, ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
Experience designing enterprise integrations and workflow automation.
Knowledge of solution architecture, API governance, and security best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
