What you'll do
Manage and deliver projects focused on data engineering and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
Provide guidance on best practices for SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT processes.
Analyze and optimize data operations to enhance performance and reliability.
Requirements
7 to 10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform management.
Proven expertise in SQL and Python,
with hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development and data modeling.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is essential, particularly in general or commercial insurance.
Familiarity with key insurance concepts such as policy, claims, underwriting, pricing, and loss data.
Strong skills in reviewing and debugging SQL and Python code.
Nice to have
Experience with data visualization tools.
Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions.
