Casual Barista – Hoopla Pakenham | Amusement Award

Hoopla Pakenham is a brand-new, high-energy venue, and we’re looking for a vibrant, bubbly Barista who loves customer service and can deliver fast, consistent coffee during peak trade.

Our busiest period is 9am–2pm, and we need someone who thrives in a busy, upbeat environment.

What you’ll do
Produce high-quality coffee quickly and consistently
Bring energy, warmth, and personality to every customer interaction
Maintain a clean, organised workstation




Support the FOH team during busy weekend service
Deliver friendly, efficient service that matches Hoopla’s atmosphere

What we’re looking for
Solid barista experience in a high-volume café
Quick milk texturing and shot consistency
A vibrant, customer-focused personality
Available on weekends
Reliability, punctuality, and calm under pressure
