What you'll do
Drive the development and execution of performance metrics and insights strategies to support decision-making across the organization.
Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in technology services.

Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analysis, insights generation, or a related field.
A degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Business Analytics,



or Information Technology.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Skills & tools
Expertise in SQL and data manipulation languages.
Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as R or Python.
Understanding of business intelligence concepts and methodologies.
