Prominent Property Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our growing team in Ascot.

This role suits someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands the level of care required to maintain premium residential properties.

You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our clients' gardens, ensuring every property is presented to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out scheduled garden maintenance to a high standard
Hedging, shaping, and structural pruning
Caring for a wide range of plants, lawns, trees, and shrubs
Identifying and managing plant health issues, pests, and diseases
Assisting with soft landscaping and garden improvements
Operating and maintaining equipment safely and professionally
Working effectively within a small team




Communicating with clients in a polite and qualified manner when required

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years' experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
Solid plant knowledge and genuine interest in gardening
Confidence using and maintaining garden equipment
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Ability to work independently and manage your time
Reliable, organised, and able to problem-solve on the job
Driver's licence essential (experience towing a trailer is an advantage)
