Redstone Recruitment is partnering with a respected aged care provider to recruit an experienced Facility Manager to lead a beautiful residential aged care home located in South East Coastal Victoria.

This is an chance to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional outcomes for residents, families and staff.

About You
Previous experience as a Facility Manager or senior operational leader within aged care, health or a similarly regulated workplace.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent commercial and financial management experience.
Thorough understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and quality standards.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
AHPRA registration is highly regarded but not essential.
