What you'll do
Design and implement Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and guardrails.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize application performance and conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability.
Manage integrations with REST and SOAP services to enhance application functionality.

Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in Pega development.
Pega SSA Certification is a prerequisite.
Proficient in Pega 8.x, Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
Demonstrated expertise in application integrations, security protocols, and performance optimization.




Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications.
Familiarity with Pega best practices and DevOps methodologies.
Background in banking or financial services is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
