$38.30 - $49.79 p/hr (Including Night Shift Penalties) + Weekend Penalties
Tip Top Dandenong is looking for Qualified Bakers to join our team. If you've got a Trade Baker Qualification and thrive in a fast‑paced food manufacturing workplace, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products
Follow recipes accurately and maintain high quality standards
Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other bakery equipment
Uphold strict food safety and hygiene procedures
Work collaboratively to keep production running smoothly
The ideal candidate will have:
Trade Baker Qualification (essential)
Food manufacturing experience
Solid communication skills
Passion for producing quality food
