Aussie Broadband is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office. In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify challenges, explore opportunities, and define explicit requirements and processes. Your work will be instrumental in transforming strategic ideas into actionable solutions that benefit both our customers and the organization.

What you'll do
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and document processes and solutions that align with business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
Assist in the implementation of changes and evaluate their impact on the business.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and requirements documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to have
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
Skills & tools
Business analysis techniques and methodologies.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
