Infinite Aged Care Christies Beach is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our clinical leadership team. This full time role supervises the care team, ensures up-to-date documentation and assessments, and coordinates resident care to uphold best-practice standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor RNs/ENs/PCWs, develop individualised care plans, and work with GPs, allied health, and families to deliver holistic, resident-centred care.
