Kaisercraft is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to lead and develop our team at the Forest Hill store in Geelong, Victoria. This casual, temporary-site role offers 20–25 hours per week and requires a hands-on leader who can drive exceptional customer experiences and achieve monthly targets.

You will recruit, roster, train and support a small team, maintain product knowledge, and oversee visual merchandising and loss prevention. A proactive, autonomous approach is essential.
