The Sporting Club Hotel in Brunswick is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join and strengthen our kitchen leadership team. Working with the Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Junior Sous, you will lead from the front during busy service and take ownership of sections of the business, including the recent Backyard offering.
You will drive standards, support menu development, manage stock and cost controls, and mentor junior chefs while maintaining HACCP and food safety across the operation.
