St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 for the Older Adult Mental Health Residential Support Team in Kew. This permanent part time (0.6 FTE) contract involves specialist mental health assessment, care planning, and recovery-oriented practice within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide targeted interventions for older adults with persistent mental illness and BPSD, support carers and residential staff, and contribute to continuous service
