Experienced Dental Assistant -NO LATE NIGHTS,NO WEEKENDS, 1PM FINISH FRIDAY

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, implant surgery and orthodontics.

Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and protected environment. Educate patients on post-operative care practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in line with Australian privacy regulations.

Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.



Ensure the dental practice is stocked with necessary supplies and manage inventory.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting

Certifications:

Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification

Skills:

Proficiency in dental procedures, radiography, and infection control practices.

Excellent Communication interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Knowledge of Australian Dental Association (ADA) guidelines and standards.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
