We're currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our growing team and provide one-on-one support to clients across Melbourne's inner suburbs. Prospects are available across both Aged Care and Disability , offering flexible casual shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and mobility support
Preparing simple, nutritious meals
Assisting with domestic tasks and daily living activities




Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Maintaining accurate shift notes and documentation
Delivering qualified, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing

What You'll Need
Minimum 6 months' paid experience as a Support Worker (1+ year preferred)
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Full Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Full working rights in Australia
Current vaccination evidence including:
COVID-19 vaccinations
Annual Influenza vaccination
Proof of immunity for Hepatitis B, Measles, Whooping Cough and Varicella (Chicken Pox)
