We’re currently working with an established but growing construction contractor in a very robust position, with a healthy pipeline of secured work and transparent plans for continued growth. They’re now looking to bring on a junior Contract Administrator to support the delivery team.
This role would suit a Civil Engineer, or a CA who may have experience in residential or industrial construction and is keen to develop long term in a commercial contracting environment.
More than background alone, this opportunity is about drive, attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the business.
The role:
Supporting senior Contract Administrators across live projects
Assisting with cost control, variations, progress claims and subcontractor packages
Exposure to procurement, reporting and project financials
Learning the full Contract Administration lifecycle with hands-on mentorship

About you:
Degree qualified (or close to completion) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
3–5 + years’ experience in a CA, engineering or project support role
Residential or industrial construction background
Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn the commercial side of construction
Strong communication skills and valuable attention to detail
