Amora Herencia Riverwalk Melbourne is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This role involves a minimum of 2 night audit shifts overnight between 11 PM and 7 AM, with occasional day shifts to support operations.
You will perform night audit tasks, handle check-ins/outs, assist guests, upsell rooms and services, and communicate guest feedback to ensure 100% satisfaction. Prior hotel Night Audit or Front Office experience is preferred, especially with Opera.
