WEM Civil is seeking a Site Engineer specializing in civil engineering to join our team. What you’ll do
Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality of work.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to project progress, including reports and compliance records.
Assist in resolving any issues that arise in office to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in construction project management.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, including AutoCAD and project management applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
Nice to have
Experience with sustainable construction practices.
Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in NSW.
Previous experience in residential and infrastructure projects.
