Key Responsibilities
Safely operate counterbalance forklift to unload and load trucks efficiently
Replenish stock for pickers in a variety of warehouse zones
Assist with stock management and movement in cold-room and ambient areas
Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and accuracy in all tasks
Support team to meet daily throughput targets
Requirements
Valid forklift licence with previous counterbalance experience
Demonstrated experience in a warehouse setting (preferably high-volume)
Comfortable working in cold-room conditions and reusable equipment use
Ability to work autonomously and follow safety standards
Physically fit and able to sustain movement throughout shifts
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
