About the Role

We are seeking an experienced High-Level Administrator -Bookkeeper to join our team full-time at our Ferntree Gully office.

This is a wide-ranging role responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. You will work closely with management, the accountant, and project teams to ensure our business runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
End-to-end payroll, superannuation, and employee onboarding
Assisting the accountant with reconciliations and financial reporting
Progress claims, retention claims, WIP reporting,



and invoicing
Service administration and invoicing
Supporting project managers with administrative tasks
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
General office administration and document management

About You

You will have:
Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably within the construction or trades industry
Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software
Simpro experience or similar (preferred)
Solid payroll and employee administration experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
