What You Will Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
Providing general administrative support including filing, archiving and meeting minutes
Maintaining accurate personnel records, contact lists and staff data within Air Maestro
Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as required
What You Will Need
Previous administration experience
Current Driver's Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn current systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
